Scheduling hours: 8:00am – 3:00 pm Monday – Friday – 24 hours advance notice

Same day scheduling: Email oswald@beltslogistics.com, same-day scheduling must be approved by Domino prior to scheduling.

Rescheduling: Email oswald@beltslogistics.com

Require 24 hours advance notice to schedule. Must have Domino order number to schedule appointment. Driver must use this number for pickup.

Check-in requirements and security

  1. Please leave your truck on the street in front of the building. Do not pull into yard and do not block gate.
  2. When checking into our facility, please refrain from using your cell phone while shipping and receiving is helping you with your appointment.
  3. All drivers must provide the Domino order number for pickup. The driver must also provide a valid class 1 driver’s license with picture at time of check in. We will also require your trailer number.
  4. Drivers are not to touch seals. The warehouse will break all seals on the trailer. Drivers who remove the seal, WILL BE REFUSED.

Other

  1. This is a BRC facility – you will be inspected for food grade compatibility prior to loading your trailer. Your trailer must meet all requirements, trailer must be empty and clean before arrival. You WILL NOT BE LOADED if you have holes in the trailer, dirt, glass, foreign material or odors. Drivers depositing trash on the ground will be asked to leave.
  2. Van(s)/ Trailer(s) cannot have holes. In addition, any cracks, seams or rivets that show water leakage inside WILL NOT BE LOADED. Door seals are required and must be in good working order.

Inbounds/Deliveries:  Please make sure your driver has correct documentation for delivery & seals are intact upon sign in. BOL needs to have seal, qty, item description.   

Returns:  If you are scheduling a return, Return Authorization # (RA#) is required prior to appointment being booked     

Carrier Late arrivals/Carrier arriving early: Late Arrivals will be treated as work ins and NO detention will be authorized. It is recommended that carriers arrive no more than one half hour before appointment

Arrival Appointment Instructions: Driver must have PU# (800#) at check-in.
