Check-in requirements and security:
All Drivers will be asked for
- Driver’s license# / State or Company ID
- Trailer number
- Driver’s Cell# (if required)
- Check in is 30min prior to appointment. No early check in
Trailers
- Trailers must be clean, no holes, free of glass, metal, and debris.
- Please inspect your trailer before backing in to your assigned door.
- If there is a hole, glass, or metal, your trailer will be refused.
Deliveries
- For deliveries drivers are to provide original delivery documents (no fax, emailed, or print screen phone copy will be accepted)
- Loads must be Sealed No Exceptions!
- Seal, Trailer, item code must be documented on BOL
Outbounds/Pick ups
- Release # must be provided at the time of check in (if appointment was made via email)
- Delivery # must be provided at the time of check in (if appointment was made via TMX/Self-scheduled)
