Eleonora Lahud is Domino® Sugar’s corporate chef with a degree in Food Science and a Certified Baker from the American Institute of Baking. Though she officially began her culinary education in her native country El Salvador, earning a degree in Food Engineering, Eleonora has been baking with her family since she was a child. Her formal training continued in Spain, where she studied management of food enterprises, then to Kansas at the American Institute of Baking. With so much time spent visiting new places, it’s no surprise that travel and discovering new cultures are her biggest inspirations in the kitchen.
