Scheduling: 24-48 hours of notice for pick-ups on TMS. Any same day will have to be approved by ASR.

Check-in requirements and security
All drivers will be asked for:
- Driver’s license# / State or Company ID
- Trailer number, Tractor number, Plate #, State
- Driver’s Cell#
Trailers:
- Trailers must be clean, no holes, free of glass, metal, and debris.
- Please inspect your trailer before backing in to your assigned door.
- If there is a hole, glass, or metal, your trailer will be refused.
Deliveries: Have all paperwork ready before checking in
Outbound / Pickups: Delivery # (80#) or Order # (5#)
